Transcript: East Village Townhouse Narrator: Hey future Gryphons, welcome to my single room in the East Village Townhouses. [Camera moves to a desk with a chair, drawers, and a lamp.] Narrator: When you walk in, the first thing you see is the desk. This desk comes with a recliner chair, extra movable storage drawers, as well as a lamp that is perfect for doing your work and getting ready in the morning. [Camera pans to a single bed with some space underneath.] Narrator: Beside the window is my bed, which is a single bed that comes with room underneath for extra storage bins. [Camera moves to a wardrobe chest with drawers.] Narrator: The last item in the room is the large wardrobe chest combined with a bookshelf and drawers. The two closet spaces on the outside hold my coats, pants, and any clothes that need to be hung up, while my drawers hold my everyday clothing items. Narrator: In the townhouses, there are 2 or 3 bedrooms on each floor, depending on whether you live in a 4, 5, or 6 student home. [Camera moves to the shower room and toilet.] Narrator: The top two floors have a separate room for the bathroom and showers, so if someone is showering, you can also have access to the toilet. [Camera moves to the kitchen area, showing the fridge, counter, stove, and microwave.] Narrator: Each townhouse has a main floor that contains a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, and cupboard space to store all your cooking supplies. [Camera moves to the living area, showing the dining table, couch, and chairs.] Narrator: As well as the living room with a dining table to interact with your roommates. Narrator: You are also able to control the temperature of the house to your liking. Narrator: Thank you for watching my room tour, and I hope you choose this as your future residence.
