Working Together For a Healthier Future

The Animal Health and Agriculture & Food laboratories are an important component of the partnership between the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) and the University of Guelph. They provide diagnostic and analytical services to a broad array of agri-food clients, including those in government, industry and academia. With over 150 professionals on staff and with direct access to U of G researchers, these labs provide key surge capacity in the event of an agri-food or other emergency.  Each is a full service, accredited lab providing its clients with state-of-the-art technology and expertise.
