PhD and MASc Students
There are currently openings for excellent and highly-motivated PhD and MASc students with research interests in biomedical optics, photonics, microsystems, and electromagnetics. Students with a background in Biomedical Engineering, Systems & Computing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics are encouraged to apply. Students who are interested in joining the Collier Research Group should e-mail Dr. Collier with a curriculum vitae and transcripts (unofficial transcripts acceptable).
Prospective students with a minimum of an A- minus average in their most recent two academic years may be eligible for scholarships through the University of Guelph. Graduate teaching assistantships may also be available to provide supplemental financial support.
Canadians citizens and permanent residents requiring funding should contact Dr. Collier and discuss preparation of proposals/applications for NSERC Postgraduate Scholarships and Ontario Graduate Scholarships.
