2008-2009 B.B.R.M.

Please Read Carefully!

Once a Schedule of Studies is published, the University does not go back and “fix it” when courses are deleted or changed. To help you keep track of what you need to graduate, changes to your Schedule of Studies are listed below. Some students find it useful to review these changes with a copy of their Program/Academic Evaluation in front of them. This way you can mark off what you have completed and what you still need to complete. Please note that substitutions won’t always show up on your Program/Academic Evaluation. If you find errors on your Program/Academic Evaluation, or if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your Program Counsellor.

Changes are listed for each major:

Changes for Environmental Management

NRS 3600 is no longer offered. GEOG 3420 is the substitute for NRS 3600 for all B.B.R.M. (EM) students.

BIOL 1030 and BIOL 1040 are no longer offered. If you still require one or both of these courses, please contact your Program Counsellor.

All AGEC courses are FARE courses (e.g. AGEC 4310 is now FARE 4310).

If you were unable to take AGEC (FARE) 4290 because it was not offered in Semester 7, ENVS 4300 is used as the substitute course.

GEOL 3130 is no longer offered. Please email your Program Counsellor with a request for another course to use as a substitute; this request and approval of the request must be on file in order for your graduation application to be processed.

ENVB 3300 is no longer offered. You may take ENVB 3330 as a restricted elective.

ENVB 4420 is no longer offered. You may take another research course as a substitution if you email your Program Counsellor a request to do so; this request and approval of the request must be on file in order for your graduation application to be processed.

Starting in Fall 2012, most NRS, GEOL, MET, SOIL and ENVS courses will change to the prefix "ENVS". Some courses will change numbers, but not all.
