During the course selection time period, I am available for appointments and drop ins. If you would like to sit down with me for an appointment please come to Johnston Hall 133A and sign up for a 15 minute time slot on the sheets provided. I ask that you only have one sign up time during this course selection period so others can have a chance to sign up as well. Please note that you must book your appointment time before we close the day before the appointment. No same day appointments will be booked unless it is an emergency.

Weekly drop in hours start Monday, September 28th. Every Monday from 12:00pm-1:00pm and Tuesday from 11:30am-12:30pm I am available on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that Friday, September 18th is the last day to add classes for Fall 2015. Permission to add late is not guaranteed as the policy states that permission will only be granted in exceptional circumstances (illness or compassionate grounds for missing all or part of the first three class days; interchanging courses with common lectures, one with and one without labs; late resolution of appeals; failure of a deferred course condition or examination; university errors in registration procedures), so please make sure you have all of your courses added by Friday.
From September 8th to September 17th, Melinda, your Program Counsellor, will have drop in hours (instead of appointments). Drop in hours are times when you can ask questions about your courses in the order you arrive during the drop in times. There will be a sign up sheet for each time slot that will be made available 15 minutes prior to the start of the drop in time.

Melinda's weekly drop in hours will not be offered during the summer semester. The last day for weekly drop in hours will be Tuesday, April 21st. If you would like to meet with Melinda during the summer, please call extension 54800 during our open door hours.
With course selection now closed, our office will return to our usual process for meeting with me. Starting on Tuesday, March 24th you have two options for meeting with me: you can either come to my weekly drop in hours or book an appointment in advance. Drop in hours will be on Mondays from 12:00pm–1:00pm and on Tuesdays from 11:30am–12:30pm. These are hours where I will see students in the order they arrive during that time. Appointments are booked at least a day in advance and are booked by talking to Carie.
