Weekly drop in hours have ended for the semester. They will resume January 22nd, 2016.
The course Add Period runs from December 14th, 2015 to January 15th, 2016. During this time you can add and drop courses for the Winter 2016 semester.
If you have missed a final exam or a final assignment, please contact the Program Counselling Office (Johnston Hall, 133A or ext. 54800) to discuss your options. You have five working days after the missed exam or final assignment deadline to submit a request for a deferred privilege, so please contact the office as soon as you are able. If you are unable to contact the office due to extreme circumstances, please take care of yourself first and then contact the office.
Please note that the last day of classes is December 4th and the exam period will begin on December 7th. Good luck on exams! As a reminder, Thursday, December 3rd is for classes rescheduled from Tuesday, October 13th and is a Tuesday schedule. Friday, December 4th is for classes rescheduled from Monday, October 12th and is a Monday schedule.
All graduation applications have been processed. If you were not contacted by me, your application has been moved to "Tentative". This means you have all the correct courses and the right amount of credits; all that is left is for you to successfully complete your current courses and have a 60% cumulative average. Enjoy the rest of the semester and good luck on exams!
Weekly drop in hours resume today. They will still be held every Monday from 12:00pm-1:00pm and Tuesday from 11:30am-12:30pm. This is when I am available on a first come, first served basis. To see me outside of these hours, please contact Carie by phone (ext 54800) or in person (Johnston Hall 133A) during our open door hours (Mondays - Thursdays 10:00am-3:00pm and Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm) to book an appointment.
Due to the campus internet outage, the deadline to drop one semester Fall 2015 courses has been extended to Monday, November 9, 2015.
Just a quick reminder that tomorrow is the 40th Class Day (the last day to drop Fall 2015 courses without academic penalty).
Course selection will close tomorrow, November 5th, 2015. The course Add Period will run from December 14th, 2015 to January 15th, 2016.
UPDATE: Another lab section at the same time as the current lab section is being created and should be up on WebAdvisor later today. Since the course only has six labs, the class will be split and you will attend labs every other week.
(OLD POST): The department is aware that ENVM 1020 is full. They intend on accommodating all EM students who require it, but are first investigating the possibility of creating two labs (and not just overloading the course). Please check back for an update (and check on WebAdvisor).
