Final grades will be posted on WebAdvisor on Friday, December 19th.
The course Add Period runs from December 8th to January 9th. During this time you can add and drop courses for the Winter 2015 semester. Please keep in mind the exam schedule is now posted; you should not enroll in courses which have an exam conflict.
If you have missed a final exam or a final assignment, please contact the Program Counselling Office (Johnston Hall, 133A or ext. 54800) to discuss your options. You have working five days after the missed exam or assignment deadline to submit a request for a deferred privilege, so please contact the office as soon as you are able. If you are unable to contact the office due to extreme circumstances, please take care of yourself first and then contact the office.
Please note that the last day of classes is November 28th and the exam period will begin on December 1st. Good luck on exams! As a reminder, November 27th is for classes rescheduled from October 14th and is a Tuesday schedule. November 28th is for classes rescheduled from October 13th and is a Monday schedule.
Weekly drop in hours resume today. They will still be held every Monday from 12:00pm-1:00pm and Tuesday from 11:30am-12:30pm. This is when I am available on a first come, first served basis. To see me outside of these hours, please contact Carie by phone (ext 54800) or in person (Johnston Hall 133A) during our open door hours (Mondays - Thursday 10:00am-3:00pm and Fridays 10:00am-12:00pm) to book an appointment.
Just a quick reminder that tomorrow is the 40th Class Day (the last day to drop F14 course without academic penalty).
Course selection will close tomorrow, October 30th. The course add period will run from December 8th to January 9th.
UPDATE: ENVS 3060 should now have the correct prerequisites on WebAdvisor; please contact Melinda if you still cannot sign up. ENVS 3060 has been coded incorrectly on WebAdvisor; its prerequisites are incorrect and currently will not recognize BBRM students. This is being worked on with hopes a solution will be done on Monday. My apologies for the delay in your ability to register for this course.
My apologies, but some MCS and MGMT courses are currently restricted and not allowing BBRM students to take them. I am investigating this, but it is taking longer than expected. In the meantime, please contact the instructor of the course you would like to take and explain your situation. If they are able to sign you in, please fill out a Course Waiver Request form (found in my office and at the Registrar's Office). You and the instructor need to sign the form and then you need to hand into the Registrar's Office (third floor of the UC) and they will put it on WebAdvisor for you.
As a reminder, I am available for appointments and drop ins during course selection. If you would like to sit down with me for an appointment please come to Johnston Hall 133A and sign up for a 15 minute time slot on the sheets provided. I ask that you only have one sign up time during this course selection period so others can have a chance to sign up as well. Please note that you must book your appointment time before we close the day before the appointment. No same day appointments will be booked unless it is an emergency.
