If you have missed a final exam or a final assignment, please contact the Program Counselling Office (Johnston Hall, 133A or ext. 54800) to discuss your options. You have five days after the missed exam or assignment deadline to submit a request for a deferred privilege, so please contact the office as soon as you are able.
Please note that the last day of classes is November 28th and the exam period will begin on December 2nd. Good luck on exams!
Please note that drop in hours for the week of November 25th have been cancelled. My apologies for the inconvenience; please feel free to ask Carie your questions and she will help you the best that she can.
Starting on Monday, November 4th you have two options for meeting with me. You can either come to my drop in hours or book an appointment in advance. Drop in hours will be on Mondays from 12:00pm – 1:00pm and on Tuesdays from 11:30am – 12:30pm. These are hours where I will see students in the order they arrive during that time. Appointments are booked at least a day in advance and are booked by talking to Carie.
Today is the 40th Class Day. This is the last day to drop Fall 2013 classes without academic penalty.
Please note that today, October 30th, is the last day of course selection. Make sure all paperwork is submitted to the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm and that you have selected all of your courses on WebAdvisor. The Course Add period will run from December 9th to January 10th, so you can make changes to your schedule during that time but please be aware that the exam schedule will be posted in December and it is your responsibility at that point to ensure you do not have conflicting exam times.
The last day to drop classes without academic penalty (the 40th class day) is Thursday, October 31st, 2013 for the fall semester. Please contact your Program Counsellor before this date if you think you may need to drop a fall course.
EQN 3050 was capped at a lower capacity in order to save spaces for BBRM students who require the course. This resulted in the course filling up quickly on WebAdvisor. The department is making sure all BBRM students who need EQN 3050 are getting a spot by signing waiver forms for all students. Please contact Dr. Andy Robinson (firstname.lastname@example.org) about getting signed into the course.
