Friday, January 10th, 2020 – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (last day to add courses for W20!)
The OAC Dean’s Office is pleased to welcome Ellen Clarkson as the new Program Counsellors’ Assistant. She began in the role on Thursday, December 5.
As the Program Counsellors’ Assistant, Ellen acts as the first point of contact for the students in the Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management, Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and Diploma in Turfgrass Management programs.
If you have missed a final exam or a final assignment, please contact the Program Counselling Office (Johnston Hall, 133A or ext. 54800) to discuss your options. You have five working days after the missed exam or final assignment deadline to submit a request for a deferred privilege, so please contact the office as soon as you are able. If you are unable to contact the office due to extreme circumstances, please take care of yourself first and then contact the office.

WHAT IF A COURSE IS FULL/I DON’T HAVE THE PREREQUISITE?
Note that some courses have rolling enrollment. This means they are releasing spots slowly over the course selection period. Check WebAdvisor often to see if new spots have been released in a course you are interested in.
The School of Environmental Sciences is hosting a Grad Studies Info night on November 14th at 5:30 pm in ALEX 265. Food will be provided!
Experience Guelph is hosting "Beyond Graduation - Educational Opportunities Fair" in the UC Courtyard today and tomorrow from 10am until 3pm (Oct 21st & Oct 22nd).
There will be representatives from other Universities and Colleges available to talk about options for teaching, law, healthcare, business etc.
The schedule for W20 will be up on WebAdvisor as of Wednesday, October 23rd. At that time, you will be able to start planning for course selection (windows for W20 course selection will start opening on November 4th).
