Student claim submission guidelines

Important: You must have received approval for funding from the Lang School and the Lang Students' Association prior to submitting your claim. Please see the Conference and Competition Funding homepage for full information on the application process.

The claim form cannot be processed until all reflection pieces have been received. Reflections must be a minimum of 250 words and should include experience and knowledge gained from the competition or conference. You can upload your reflections at the end of this form. Please include all reflection pieces in one document.

It is the responsibility of the students to collect receipts and document all costs incurred. Receipts must include the conference/competition name, the registrant's name(s) and the total amount paid. The competition or conference must be attended within four months of receiving a grant for funding.

The primary contact is required to submit a single claim form along with receipts within 14 days of attending the competition or conference.

The claim form will be cross referenced with the original grant. A cheque will be granted within three to four weeks.

By proceeding to the submission claim form you confirm that you have read and understand the above guidelines. If you have any questions about claiming expenses, please send one email, copying both the LSA and the Business Career Development Centre: LangCareers@uoguelph.ca; LSAACAD@uoguelph.ca.
