"A Feast On® event presented in partnership with Ocean Wise® and the University of Guelph School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management.  FISHSTOCK is a unique, one day workshop for members of the foodservice industry who want to learn how to successfully incorporate Ontario lake fish into their businesses. The event takes place on Monday, May 14th. The workshop is from 9:30am - 4:30pm, and includes hands-on workshop, sustainable seafood, lunch, panel discussions and tour of the ALMA Research Station. Join us for dinner from 6-10pm at the Wooly Pub in Guelph to network and enjoy the bounty of our lakes and rivers.

We’ll explore farmed and wild fish varieties, how to use a fish from GILL TO TAIL and tackle issues around seasonality, access and sourcing in Ontario. The day concludes with a field trip to the Alma Aquaculture Station, a state-of-the-art aquaculture research and development facility run by the University of Guelph."

More information on the event can be found on the Fishstock website.
