U of G College of Business and Economics co-host international advertising and branding conference
The College of Business and Economics co-sponsored the recent 2018 International Advertising and Branding conference, held in Wuxi, China.
Co-sponsors for the event included the School of Business at Jiangnan University, the College of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph and the International Journal of Advertising.
The International Journal of Advertising is a leading source of authoritative analysis and international coverage of all aspects in advertising, branding and marketing. The journal welcomes papers that advance knowledge in advertising and branding, and the best papers from the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue or a section of International Journal of Advertising.
CBE Professor Lefa Teng, Department of Marketing and Consumer Studies at the University of Guelph, was one of three Guest Editors at the conference. His research interested include branding, advertising and promotion strategies in cross-cultural settings, consumer brand choice, and market entry strategies of multinational corporations.
The conference ran from June 1st to 3rd.
