Two teams from the College of Business and Economics will represent the University of Guelph at the Frankie Tomatto's Restaurant Innovation Competition finals that will be held March 2 at the Restaurants Canada Show in Toronto. This past weekend, eight teams from Humber College, Ryerson University and the University of Guelph competed for three coveted spots at the finals by pitching their restaurant innovation ideas to a panel of expert judges. The semi-finals took place at U of G's School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management.

Congratulations to students Sunny Choi and Jenny Kim, and Rebecca McIlroy and Chloe Blais. Best of luck next week in Toronto.
