The Good Food Innovation Awards were created by the University of Guelph to honour food professionals who not only participate in Food Day Canada but also strive to provide creative menu solutions based on Canadian ingredients. This year’s winning chefs will be on campus from September 26-27.

Panel discussion (Sept. 26)

Join us for a moderated panel discussion where four of Canada’s top chefs and four University of Guelph food faculty debate the next food trends influencing Canadian restaurants. It will take place at Pj's in the Atrium Restaurant from 7 to 9:30 p.m. This panel is free, but registration is required. Panelists include professors Bruce McAdams, Lisa Duizer and Rene Van Acker, as well as University of Guelph food laureate Anita Stewart and the winning chefs.
