This website describes the project Understanding CO2 capture processes: a combination of reactive molecular simulation, thermodynamic modelling and experiments, funded by the  Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada under its International Strategic Parnership Program grant # STPGP 479466, running  from 30 Sept. 2015 to 30 Sept. 2021.   The Principle Investigator is Professor William R. Smith of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Guelph.  The project is in partnership with the Université Clermont Auvergne France (Karine Ballerat-Busseroles) and our industrial partner is Gas Liquids Engineering, Calgary AB, Canada (John Carroll).
