Wire Transfers

Before you decide to make a wire transfer, please note that wire transfers are to be used as a last resort only.  Fees associated with wire transfers are costly, and the process is labor intensive, so please explore all other options before resorting to a wire transfer. 

Wire Transfer costs are Not an eligible Tri-Council Expense.

  1. Beneficiary Name

  2. Beneficiary Complete Address

  3. Beneficiary Account Number

In addition, wire transfers to the European Union require a Bank Identifier Code (BIC) and an International Bank Account Number (IBAN).   While wire transfers to Mexico require a CLABE bank code to ensure rapid processing.
