Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed weekends and holidays. NOTE: Fall and Winter University hours have now been changed to 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (we will not be open to 4:45 PM).

Exceptions to our regularly scheduled hours will occur to reflect University Closures.

There are a variety of ways to get online help, such as using the Supported Software Products List or using the search function near the top of this page.
