CCS provides central computing support to all members of the U of G community through a variety of help services, you may reach us through one of the following methods of contact:

By Chat

Chat live with the IT Help Centre. Please see our blue chat icon - "Chat Live with Us" - on the bottom right corner of every CCS web page.

Chat will be open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Closed weekends and holidays. When we are not on chat you can easily send us a message by filling out the chat form and we will respond as soon as we can.

Send your questions to and we will usually reply within one to two business days.  During busy periods, response time may be increased. For urgent requests please contact us by phone.

In Person

Visit us in person at the CCS IT Help Desk, located on the main floor of the McLaughlin Library.

There will be exceptions to our regularly scheduled hours in the Fall and Winter semesters. Please see our operating hours for Reading Week, Holidays and the semester exam period.
