CCS has recently activated campus access for all faculty, staff and students to Gartner research services currently in place for the University of Guelph community. Each member of the University has direct access to the Gartner research portal.
FootPrints is an online system that allows you to track and manage customer support issues. FootPrints can be used for tracking issues, service requests, or work orders. It is useful for maintaining a help desk or call centre.
The Test Scoring and Scanning Service scans test answer sheets, grades them, and stores the results online where instructors can retrieve and manage the test results.
