Digital Accessibility Resource Centre (DARC)

The Digital Accessibility Resource Centre provides training, tools, and support for the creation of accessible digital content, including:

  • web content
  • PDFs/Word documents
  • presentation slides/PowerPoint decks
  • video
  • audio
  • other multimedia 

This service aims to help U of G digital content producers understand and comply with the U of G policies when creating online materials, to ensure they are in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Gartner Research Portal

CCS has recently activated campus access for all faculty, staff and students to Gartner research services currently in place for the University of Guelph community. Each member of the University has direct access to the Gartner research portal. Students, faculty, and staff can build a personal library of Gartner IT reports, research, and webinars through the My Gartner dashboard. Login with your Single Sign-On credentials via the U of G Gartner Portal

Issue Tracking Software (FootPrints)

FootPrints is an online system that allows you to track and manage customer support issues.  FootPrints can be used for tracking issues, service requests, or work orders. It is useful for maintaining a help desk or call centre.
