CCS Help Services

CCS provides central computing support to all members of the U of G community through a variety of help services.

You may reach us through one of the following methods of contact:

NEW: We now have chat on our CCS Web Pages. Pleae see our blue chat icon on the bottom right side of the screen. Chat will be open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. When we are not on chat you can easily send us a message and we will respond as soon as we can.

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed weekends and holidays. NOTE: Fall and Winter University hours have now been changed to 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (we will not be open to 4:45 PM).

Exceptions to our regularly scheduled hours will occur to reflect University Closures.

Visit us in person at the CCS IT Help Desk, located on the main floor of the McLaughlin Library.
