IT Help Desk

In partnership with the McLaughlin Library, CCS provides the IT Help Desk as a free service to assist students, faculty and staff with IT-related questions or problems. NEW LOCATION: The IT Help Desk is now located with the AskUs Desk on the first floor of McLaughlin Library, come visit us near the blue pillar.

CURRENT SUPPORT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC: The IT Desk wil be doing "Socially Distanced IT Support". We can hep with password resets, connect devices to wifi secure and answer questions. We cannot touch devices or sit with clients to install software etc. For other ways to get help please visit our main help page with support hours. NOTE: These hours will be updated for the Winter 2021 semester.

Winter 2021 Semester

Mon. Jan 4th - Sun. Jan 10th The IT Desk will be closed due to the Library building closure.
