Outlook 2016 Configuration

Adding an email account to Outlook for Windows, Mac or your Mobile Device is quick. Just follow the instructions based on your device:

If you are adding an account that has been shared with you, the process is a bit different. Click here to follow these instructions to open and use a shared mailbox in Outlook.

Note that the Outlook Desktop application downloads a significant portion of your mail for local access, so if you have a large number of folders, or keep a large volume of mail in your inbox, it may take some time for Outlook to finish synchronizing with the emails stored in Office 365.
