Business Phone service is available to faculty and staff at the University of Guelph, including the Ridgetown campus.
The Cisco business phones are connected to the University’s computer network using Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. You can call locally outside the campus and long distance, if enabled. Standard long distance rates apply.
Please visit the Business Phone Features [18] page which outlines all the features available with standard business phones, including Voice Mail, conference calling, call forwarding, etc.
Bell fax/debit line repair/installations are co-ordinated through the CCS Help Centre [19].

Departmental Administrators can make service requests either
- Online, by logging into the Moves, Adds, and Changes Request [29] (MACdesk) website using their Central Login Account [30], or
- Manually, by completing the MACdesk Work Order [29] form and submitting it to the Computing and Communications (CCS) Help Centre [19].
