IT Administrators can use the CCS Help Portal (FootPrints) to to submit issues & requests to CCS Help, view previously submitted issues and track active issue progress. IT admins can also search the knowledge base used by CCS staff to solve FAQs that come in to the front-line support.
The website centralizes many of the frequent requests made by IT administrators and provides a more streamlined method of communicating with CCS. Quick links to templates and websites, found at the red menu bar on top of the site, assist with request submission. Where appropriate, new submissions will be automatically routed to the appropriate CCS department.
