Business Voice Mail is a voice messaging service, which can be accessed from any departmental phone.

Note: If you are a student living in residence, please review the Residence Voice Mail.

This service has the following costs:

Student in residence No additional cost; it is included in your residence fee (see Residence Phone Service)
Faculty and staff

$5 per month

Service Availability

Item Expectation
Voice Mail service availability   24x7 except during scheduled maintenance (see CCS System Status Page).  
Phone service requests and problems   Response times vary, however we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. 

How Do I Request or Access this Service?

Student in residence Not required; one voice mailbox is provided automatically for each phone (see Residence Phone Service)
Faculty and staff Ask your Department Administrator to request it using the online MACdesk Service Request
