Email/Gryph Mail (via Outlook/Office 365)

Email is provided as part of the Office 365 suite of services.  Office 365 is offered to all Staff, Faculty, Undergraduate and Graduate Students at the University of Guelph (including all affiliate campuses) and the University of Guelph-Humber.

Email at the University of Guelph is called Gryph Mail. Gryph Mail can be accessed in several ways:

Email accounts are created automatically when your Central Login Account is created. Email accounts use the same username and password as your Central Login Account. 

To access Email directly using a web browser, link to https://mail.uoguelph.ca. These browsers are supported:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Google Chrome
