This session will provide you with an introduction to Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)!
If you are interested in pursuing your engineering license after graduation and becoming a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), and if you are an engineering undergraduate or post-graduate student, then this seminar is for you. In it you will learn:
- What is PEO?
- What engineering experience is PEO looking for once I graduate?
- I have international engineering education and experience; how is that evaluated by PEO?
- How is my engineering experience evaluated by PEO?
- How do I prepare my Experience Record?
- What is the EIT Program and the Student Membership Program?
Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is the licensing and regulating body for professional engineering in the province. Individuals licensed by PEO are the only people permitted by law to undertake and assume responsibility for engineering work in Ontario.
