Congratulations Justin

Last week, School of Computer Science student Justin Carvalho was awarded the Associate Vice President Academic Teaching Assistant Award of Excellence (2015).

Justin received the award in recognition of his outstanding contributions as a teaching assistant on campus.

The nomination package, written by Dr. Judi McCuaig and several faculty from the School of Computer Science summarizes Justin as follows:

Justin is outspoken, intelligent, extremely hard working, and highly capable. He is a patient and understanding TA, and his love of teaching is evident. He doesn't hesitate to help out; is quick to assist, and is willing to help other students achieve their potential.
