Resources for Incoming Students

With the Fall semester a little different than usual, we have put together some resources to make the transition a little easier.

  • The Quad:  a site put together for incoming students in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Here you can find information about clubs in the School of Computer Science, learning resources to prepare you for your courses, and a mentorship program for you to connect with fellow first years and ask questions to upper year students.

  • University of Guelph’s COVID-19 website: For updates on the University’s return to campus plan visit the University of Guelph’s COVID-19 website. Here you can find updates about what to expect in the classroom, safety measures on campus, U of G’s re-opening plan, as well as general COVID-19 information and resources.

  • STARTonline: The University of Guelph has a great resource called STARTonline to prepare and support incoming students. Here you can find resources about community, academics, wellness, finances, and more!

  • GryphLife: Explore clubs the University offers and check out the awesome virtual O-week events that are happening from September 5th – 11th.
