Jill's Availability for the rest of W17 Course Selection

Once your Course Selection window opens, you have until Friday November 4th to choose your courses. Once the Course Selection period ends, no one will be able to select courses until the W17 Add Period begins December 12, 2016 (ends January 13, 2017).

Jill's availability for the rest of the Course Selection period is below (remember to come in to our office to sign up for appointments in advance):

Pre-course selection: Wednesday October 12 – Drop In time from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Thursday October 13 – Drop In time from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Friday October 14 – Drop In from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm


Monday October 17 – Drop In from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Tuesday October 18 – Drop In from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Drop Ins cancelled for this week!

Please note that Jill's usual drop-in times this Wednesday (Oct 5) and Thursday (Oct 6) will be cancelled. Please contact Carie at x54800 or by coming into our office (JH 133A) to talk about Jill's availability.

Reminder: Our doors are open Mon-Thurs 10am-3pm and Fri 10am-12 pm.

F16 Jill's Weekly Drop In Hours

Now that we have settled into the Fall 2016 semester - please note that Jill's weekly Drop-In hours are:

Wednesdays from 12 pm - 1 pm and

Thursdays from 11 am - 12 pm.

Occasionally Jill needs to cancel her weekly Drop-In hours so please contact Carie at the front desk to double check. If a cancellation of a Drop-In time occurs, there will be a posting on this website.

Appointments outside of Drop In hours can also be scheduled with Carie by coming in (Johnston Hall Rm 133A) or calling x54800.

Jill's Drop In Hours for F16 Add Period

For the Fall Semester Add Period, Jill will hold special drop in hours. There will be a sign up sheet available at the front desk 15 minutes prior to the start of each drop in time. Students are seen in the order they arrive. Our office is located in Johnston Hall (133A).

Wednesday, September 7, 2016 – 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

Thursday, September 8, 2016 – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Friday, September 9, 2016 – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Monday, September 12, 2016 – 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

W16 Add Period

The Add Period for the W16 semester is open from December 14, 2015 until January 15, 2016. Students can add and drop courses for the Winter 2016 semester during this time. Please check that the exams do not conflict when adding new courses. Instructors will not provide accommodations for conflicting exams. There is a special Drop In schedule in effect for students wishing to meet with Jill during the Add Period (the schedule is in Johnston Hall rm 133A on Carie’s desk!)
