The University of Guelph's annual STEM competition has been rebranded as BattleSTEM! This event attracts more than 1,000 area high school students to compete and learn about careers and higher education in science. As part of our Promoting Awareness of Girls in Engineering & Science (PAGES) program, we have reserved 2 weeks of Game Design (July 25-29, July 31-Aug 4th) for female-identifying and non-binary students and we have our traditional P.A.G.E.S. RiSE is coming back! We have a date! Saturday, September 16 The RISE conference brings together female and female-identifying engineers & scientists. This is a safe and engaging environment to discuss, share and learn about various professional development topics as well as talk about various professional development topics, career paths and hurdles.
