Work Study Migration Timeline

Below is the current timeline for the Summer 2018 migration fo Work Study jobs to Experience Guelph.

Date Process
Week of May 22 All Work Study supervisors will be e-mailed with details about the Work Study Migration process.

May/June

Weekly information sessions will be available to support supervisors who have questions about the process or who want help completing the form.
July 7 Migration deadline for any positions to be opened in late August. Completed forms will still be accepted until August 10; however, we can’t guarantee jobs will be posted by late August.
July/August Experience Guelph user guides and how-to videos will be available.
August 10 Final deadline to migrate Work Study jobs. Any jobs not migrated will be permanently archived.
Late August Work Study applications will be open for students.

Experience Profiles

  • Madison is a recent graduate from the University of Guelph. During her time here, she engaged in experiential learning as a way to solidify her future career choice and develop her professional skills. Madison signed up for course-integrated experiential learning and did a practicum placement. 

  • Bayli graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in accounting. While she was here she engaged in multiple applied research projects, and worked as a teaching assistant, which helped her make important connections with people across campus.
