Negotiations between the University of Guelph and Postdoctoral Scholars occurred in fall 2021 and winter 2022, reaching the first collective agreement for the period May 1, 2021 - April 30, 2023.

Postdoctoral scholars are represented by the United Steel Workers Local 4120 Unit A.
