FARE faculty Mike von Massow won Betty Clyde Award

Professor Michael von Massow was awarded the Betty Clyde Award at the Annual OAC Good Times Banquet at Ancaster Fairgrounds on Jan. 22. The Betty Clyde Award is presented to a faculty member for making a lasting impact on the student body. As stated in the nomination for the award, “Professor von Massow is well known amongst students for being Authentic, Caring, and for his Commitment. […] One thing that sets this individual apart from his peers is his ongoing heartfelt commitment to his students and the overall approachability he displays on a regular basis. Professors can be intimidating in the eyes of students. However this professor is very open to questions regarding his teachings and willing to share their thoughts and further your thoughts, while also providing feedback to enhance the topic at hand.”
