Compound decoction taken as a blood tonic. Cold infusion of leaf taken for colds. Cold infusion of leaf taken with whiskey to improve the appetite. Ooze dripped into sore eyes. Cold infusion of leaf taken for kidneys. Infusion held in mouth for toothache(*7).
Used as a medicine for rheumatism. Administered to women following childbirth. Used for pleurisy(*57)(3). |
