The following opportunities are available to female international students from a developing country who have a demonstrated commitment to social change.  Nomination letters should be emailed to the Graduate Awards Officers at grschol@uoguelph.ca.

 

Nora Cebotarev Memorial Graduate Scholarship - Nomination Letter written by the Graduate Program Coordinator due to grschol@uoguelph.ca by February 15, 2019

  • One award of $25,000 payable over 2 years for a master's student and 3 years for a doctoral student.
  • International female students from developing countries entering the first semester of a masters or doctoral program in S19, F19, W20.
  • Selected on basis of high academic achievement and a commitment to social change demonstrated by part activities/experiences.
  • Candidate needs to have applied for admission through OUAC by February 1, 2019.
  • Candidates must also submit an electronic copy of their CV if not already included in the application for admission to grschol@uoguelph.ca

 

Ellen Nilsen Memorial Graduate Scholarship* - Nomination Letter written by the Graduate Program Coordinator due to grschol@uoguelph.ca by February 15, 2019

  • One award of $1,500.
  • International female students from developing countries entering the first semester of a masters or doctoral program in S19, F19, W20 who have demonstrated a commitment to social change. 
  • Candidate needs to have applied for admission through OUAC by February 1, 2019.

 

*The recipient of the Nora Cebotarev Memorial Graduate Scholarship will also be awarded the Ellen Nilsen Memorial Graduate Scholarship.
