GSA Annual General Meeting 2020

Mark your calendars for the 2020 GSA AGM on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. There are prizes to be won for attendees!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions the meeting will be held virtually via Teams! Access the AGM link.

Graduate students who are members of the GSA during the Fall 2020 term will be eligible to vote. Attend the AGM and encourage your colleagues to come, as we need 100 votes to meet quorum!

3 Grand Prizes of a $500 tuition credit and 2 Secondary Prizes of a $250 tuition credit will be raffled off to GSA members who attend the virtual event live!

If you are unable to attend, you may assign a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxies will be emailed to General Directors and available by contacting the GSA at gsa@uoguelph.ca starting November 4, 2020. Proxies are due by 12 p.m. on November 18.
