Emerging Leaders of the Americas Scholarships

The Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) scholarships provide students and researchers from Latin America and the Caribbean with short-term exchange opportunities for study or research at the college, undergraduate and graduate levels. The candidate's studies or research may commence as early as July 2, 2015 but no later than February 1, 2016.
