Mental Health Awareness Week - Staying Chill

As students, entrepreneurs, or working professionals, we can easily lose track of our ability to chill out during stressful times. This is especially true if we have a lot going on and start to feel overwhelmed. Deadlines, assignments, contracts, midterms, regardless of our lifestyle, things can get overwhelming.

Even if you’re able to handle 45 things at once with little to no sweat, your mind and body need to relax. Make a conscious effort to breathe, stay present, and treat your brain and body with respect. What are some of the ways we can do this?
