Institutions that earn accreditation confirm their commitment to quality and continuous improvement through a rigorous and comprehensive peer review. AACSB International accreditation is the hallmark of excellence in management education. Only 6% of business schools from around the world achieve AACSB accreditation.

CPA Accredited

The accounting program (BComm major + Graduate Diploma in Accounting) is accredited by CPA Ontario, which provides students with the academic requirements for the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP).

All accredited students are required to take the Common Final Examination (CFE) and carry out the practical experience requirements as indicated by CPA.

UN's Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)

The Lang School of Business and Economics is a signatory member and Champion of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). PRME aims to raise the profile of sustainability and responsible management in schools around the world, and equips today's business students with the understanding and ability to deliver change tomorrow.

Working through Six Principles, PRME engages business and management schools to ensure they provide future leaders with the skills needed to balance economic and sustainability goals, while drawing attention to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and aligning academic institutions with the work of the UN Global Compact.
