August 20: 2nd Annual UGSRP Forum on "Topics in Sustainability"

The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) and the University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) present the 2nd Annual UGSRP Forum on "Topics in Sustainability", Wednesday October 10th, 2012. The event is free of charge and will be held at the University of Guelph with a reception to follow. 

The forum will feature talks by Tim Faveri, Director of Sustainability and Responsibility at Tim Hortons; Barton Seaver, National Geographic Fellow and Washington, D.C. chef; and Mike von Massow, Assistant Professor in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
