We offer a variety of training programs specially designed for recent graduates to help you gain and build your skills.

  • Retail Banking Business Analyst Program - The Retail Banking Business Analyst Program within RBC’s Personal & Commercial Banking division provides opportunities to those that have recently completed their undergraduate degree to work with the strongest retail banking franchise in Canada. This program exposes graduates to our key business areas and provides both immediate responsibility and leadership opportunities. As a Business Analyst, graduates will have the opportunity to help run part of a business at Canada’s leading bank and acquire skills to excel in business. Business Analysts will be entrusted with solving complex business problems and developing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
     
  • Commercial Account Manager Training Program -  RBC's Commercial Account Manager Training Program is a blended learning format consisting of self-study, on-line learning, classroom learning, group study and case work, all of which is brought to life with on-the-job training with your Mentor. The comprehensive 9-month Training Program will compliment your sales abilities, relationship building talents and business acumen and prepare you for an exciting career in Commercial Banking.  This program exposes undergrad and MBA grad students to Commercial Banking.
     
  • Branch Network, Advice Centre: Client Sales & Service Representative/Account Manager - Opportunities exist throughout our branch network and advice centres.  At any time throughout the year, we could be recruiting for post-secondary graduates for roles that will challenge and reward you, drawing on your academic background, summer and part-time work experience, extra-curricular involvement and community participation. These roles could encompass client service, personal or commercial account management.
