When you first got your startup going it was just you, maybe a partner or two. Now with sales growing quickly, you need more people (good people!) and you needed them yesterday! You must make a fast transition from entrepreneur to manager so you can motivate your new employees, build your company's culture, and lead your teams to new heights.
We're bringing in Marc Petitpas, VP of Fusion Homes, one of Canada's fastest growing home builders, to help teach you how to scale the human side of your startup to keep up with sales. Marc has 15-plus years in senior sales, marketing, and operational roles for some of Canada's largest organizations, from Telus to MLSE, and has presented to MBA classes at both Ryerson and the University of Guelph.
Marc will teach you hard leadership skills that you can begin applying to your startup immediately. This event is free to attend and open to all members of campus and the community
