Get your questions answered by an Industry Insider and Lang Alum! Come join the Business Career Development Centre, as we welcome Lang alumnus, Geoff Watts for an hour-long Q & A session.
Geoff Watts currently serves as the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Wilson Sporting Goods (part of the Amer Sports group). Before joining Wilson, Watts spent seven years with Amer Sports, including two years based in Shanghai while leading HR for Amer Sports in the Asia and Pacific regions and 5 years with Arc'teryx.
Watts attributes much of his HR knowledge to his early career spent at Johnson & Johnson. He believes that making work mean something is a worthwhile pursuit, and that the key to great business results is to have great people, set a clear vision and then empower them to do their best.
Watts earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph in Ontario and splits his time between Chicago and Vancouver. He is a husband, father, runner, cyclist and coffee enthusiast.
