Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company

3 years after graduating from U of G, Santin launched a startup company called Kent & Bond – a unique, organic men’s personal grooming brand that donates one bar of soap to someone in need with every product purchased. The startup had immediate success, winning a competition in New York over hundreds of emerging businesses and received mentorship and office space, rent free, in New York City. After selling the business in 2016, Santin joined the management consulting agency McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. Inspired by his sustainability courses at U of G, Santin also completed his MSc in Sustainability at Columbia University in New York City.
