Ashley Curran is a graduate from the U of G's MBA in Sustainable Commerce program and is currently the Associate Vice President of Community Investment at Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC). In her role, Ashley is responsible for developing CTC's community strategy while managing existing community initiatives across the family of companies. Prior to this role, Ashley worked with multiple boutique marketing agencies helping Fortune 500 companies build their brand strategies.


Career Highlights

  • Launched CTC's $50-million five-year commitment to making play more accessible through Jumpstart's Play Finds A Way movement, which has helped over 90,000 children with disabilities and created over 134,000 square feet of accessible play spaces across Canada
  • Launched Target's Global Employment Brand (US, Canada and India)
  • Launched Lowe's Home Improvement Retailer's Canadian CSR program to coincide with its first store opening in the country
  • Launched and managed the Canadian version of Pedigree's Adoption Drive Campaign
