Dr. Sadaf Mollaei joins the school as an Assistant Professor and the Arrell Chair in the Business of Food. Dr. Mollaei brings with her a strong background in teaching and research in the area of food, focusing on consumer behaviour and decision-making in relation to sustainable food choices.
