Hiking in Rockwood led him to a casting call for background actors. When Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam debuts on the Disney Channel Sept. 3, U of G Marketing student Peter Hewitt will be watching closely for a familiar face — his own.  Hewitt appears as a background actor in the film, which stars Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers.

“It was surreal being on set with them,” says Hewitt, a third-year marketing management student from Pembroke, Ont. “But at the same time, it gives you a better understanding of what goes into making movies.
