After a long winter lots of people are surely dreaming of firing up the BBQ and grilling a nice steak, but the cost of that steak will be more than it was last summer. Food prices are on the rise and products like 
beef, pork and coffee are among those that will cost consumers more at the checkout.
Professors Sylvain Charlebois and Michael von Massow were interviewed by CBC this week on rising food prices.
