A food safety report examining 17 developed countries was released today by the Conference Board of Canada and the Food Institute at the University of Guelph. Authored by marketing professor Sylvain Charlebois and Jean-Charles Le Vallée, the report looks at data in 10 areas including food-borne-illness rates, food recalls and dietary consumption studies.
