Beer Seminar: An intro to Sour, Tart and Funky Beer (deadline to register)

Why is my beer sour?  In this seminar, we discuss beer fermented and soured with wild yeast and bacteria.  Common strains of microbes used to produce these beers, as well as modern.

The seminar takes place on Wednesday, September 26 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
